1. Who we are
MasterTheSheets is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, HUNGARY], [TAX NUMBER]. Contact: hello@opsbites.com.
2. What we sell
Digital spreadsheet templates (Google Sheets and Excel) and, in future, online courses.
3. Buying
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and prices shown in USD include applicable taxes at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivered instantly by email and download link.
5. Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away. You acknowledge that you lose the 14-day EU right of withdrawal once the download starts.
Refund promise on top of that: if a template doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
6. Licence
- You may use the templates for yourself or your own business, and change them as you like.
- You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or the copy links, including in other template packs.
- Team or company-wide use needs a team licence: email us.
7. Free templates
Same licence, free of charge.
8. No advice
The templates and courses are for education and planning, and are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. You're responsible for your own numbers and decisions. Live market data comes from third parties (Google Finance), may be delayed and is provided as-is.
9. Liability
Limited to the amount you paid, to the extent the law allows. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the date above.
11. Governing law
Hungarian law. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws where they live, and can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
